A disturbing video has been trending on the Internet for the past few days now about a South African teenage boy and his 33 year old female teacher.

In as much as this boy is a teen, but his performance on his teacher shows he's experienced in such actions, but he's a teen and his teacher and adult.

The question now is who is a victim, probably the boy because he's is under age. 
Should anyone be punish for this act definitely yes, Why.?
